Stride 1

Before proceeding to supersede the screen of your Milky way S8 you must, for evident safety reasons, turn off your device.

To practise this, hold downwards the off button for a few seconds, then confirm by selecting "off".

Stride 2

In order to remove the rear console of your S8, you must heat the entire console for 1-2 minutes using a hair dryer.

As the rear panel is specially firmly glued, don't hesitate to heat the rear panel across the following steps the moment you experience resistance in order to non harm the rear panel.

Step 3

Once the rear panel is sufficiently heated, insert the nylon spudger into the small crack at the bottom right of the telephone, then delicately slide it towards the top corner to unfix the right side of the console.

Step 4

Continue to do the same thing across the top side of the phone.

Step 5

Finish by doing the same for the left side, so the lesser side of the phone.

Once the console is discrete, lift it a few centimetres delicately.

Do not remove the rear panel of the phone at this phase, the cablevision for the fingerprint scanner is however connected to the logic board!

Using the nylon spudger, disconnect the cable for the fingerprint scanner.

Next, elevator the panel off completely, and remove it.

Stride 8

Insert a iSesamo spudger into the top left corner, and so the pinnacle correct corner, and delicately lever it upwards to unclip the internal frame.

Unscrew the xi screws that secure the midframe using a cross headed screwdriver. The screws are circled in ruby-red in the prototype.

Disconnect the volume buttons cable, then the front camera cablevision, using the nylon spudger.

Then use the nylon spudger to disconnect the screen cable.

Step 17

Next disconnect the interconnect cables from the logic lath by levering them up using the signal of the nylon spudger.

Step 18

Insert the SIM/Micro SD card tray extraction tool into the pigsty to eject it.

Grasp the tray and then continue to remove information technology.

Insert the nylon spudger into the top right part of the logic board, then delicately lever it up to excerpt the logic board.

Insert a gTool spudger into the gap between the battery and frame, and and so lever information technology upwards delicately to unfix the battery.
