Stride 1
Before proceeding to supersede the screen of your Milky way S8 you must, for evident safety reasons, turn off your device.

In order to remove the rear console of your S8, you must heat the entire console for 1-2 minutes using a hair dryer.

Finish by doing the same for the left side, so the lesser side of the phone.
Once the console is discrete, lift it a few centimetres delicately.
Do not remove the rear panel of the phone at this phase, the cablevision for the fingerprint scanner is however connected to the logic board!

Then use the nylon spudger to disconnect the screen cable.

Next disconnect the interconnect cables from the logic lath by levering them up using the signal of the nylon spudger.

Insert the SIM/Micro SD card tray extraction tool into the pigsty to eject it.
